Grey skies and flat light during yesterday’s stroll, around our tiny hamlet of La Moussière, signally failed to obscure the magic that was hidden under a thin veneer of dullness. Looking for pictures is my foraging. The locations of the rarest of fungi are illuminated with blazing lights when compared to the inscrutability of beauty when she decides to dissemble. In May this year I shall be running a photography workshop, here in France, which will focus on ways of finding and photographing these hidden treasures with Big in France – http://www.biginfrance.co.uk …. when the site opens wait for a green panel to appear and click on Photography Courses.
Having hopefully whetted your appetite for things to come I shall touch on things that are which include this beautiful picture of calves with their mothers which will be on sale in The French Print House later on today. To those of you who are pondering as to whether to come to my workshop in France I shall be offering a FREE print to each of the first 4 people who book a place. Looking forward to seeing you here in France.
