There is a season……

A reputation in tatters is what you see before you. Years of studiously practising to be a grumpy Grandad has gone by the board.

Be warned, this is what happens when you’re surrounded by the amazing children of your own amazing children.

Overwhelmed with love. (sad old hippy)

  1. Best family photo ever! Roger, you look every bit the cat who got the cream. Or the happy child covered in ladybugs. Adorable.

‘Pleased as Punch’ methinks the saying goes . . . looking at those extraordinarily cluey faces ‘in on it’ it seems, what a photo to look at when ready for bed . . . .

I believe those hippy genes are thriving in this new generation! Just look at those faces 😀

  8. I am envious of that punk hair. Gorgeous children, Roger. I know you have a photographer son. Did he take this shot?

    • Absolutely right. We were on holiday with him and his family. At this point he’s stuck in Calais, waiting for the Eurotunnel to whiz him back to London. Unfortunately, with the amount of Brits going home from France after the holidays, there’s very little whizzing to be done:)
