…and if one green pea should accidentally fall.

,,,there would have been a lot of cursing. I bought ingredients and took pictures of them today. I’m very pleased with this picture of a pod full of peas – maybe I won’t be as happy with it tomorrow.

Excellent – mine insisted on being eaten 😉

  2. ChgoJohn says:

Your peas are performing like members of Cirque du Soleil and you may not be happy with them tomorrow. You’re a tough one to please.

  3. You have every right to feel pleased…or should that be peased?!

  4. Graham says:

Well I hate to be the one to put a damper on all this green pea cheerfulness but with this record breaking weather we’ve only a handful of peas, the tomatoes are even worse and the runner beans are covered with snails and blackfly – not to mention a plague of mini frogs!

Still there’s a nice bottle of chilly (Chile – geddit?) wine in the fridge to cheer us up.

  5. Great photo. You ever think about a career in this? Ha, I couldn’t resist and I’ve probably already made that joke.

  6. spree says:

Peas porridge cold, peas porridge hot,
six peas in the pod, 2 peas not.
    Great photo!

If one pea accidentalyy fell, I would pick it up, wash it and eat it!! Nothing gets thrown away in my kitchen!!! Fascinating pic!!!

  8. That lone pea was the rebel. To it I say, “Thanks for ruining the photo.”
