Rage assuaged by sesame.

I’ve just made some very good hummus/hummous with Egyptian Tahina, which is altogether a different beast from tahini, or so it seems to me. I found it in a middle Eastern store on the Uxbridge road. On sesame studded bread it made me forget, for a nanosecond, how insulted I feel by those bastards at iStockphoto.
