Illustrations from a 70′s French wine encyclopaedia

I chanced upon this wonderful wine book whilst eating a banana on this fabulous sunny morning. It was lurking in the book shelves, hiding behind a dull spine. To my delight, I found it to be filled with some extraordinary photographic still lives, of the school of Paul Outerbridge, but I loved this illustration as well as the inside cover below.
